Q: How long will it take for my purchase to arrive after my payment is handled?
A: All purchased items will be in the mail in 2 business days from the time of payment being processed, you will receive tracking information for your purchase via email at the time of shipment.

Return & Refund Policy
All glass sales are final. We take the time to carefully package & secure each piece of merchandise we ship in order to ensure a safe delivery.
IF you receive broken or damaged merchandise in the mail, in order to receive a refund you MUST notify the store within 24hrs via email or Direct message on Instagram or Facebook at which point we shall determine whether your claim is viable for refund.
(ALL REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED AS STORE CREDIT)
